School Garden

25th Mar 2025
Students have been busy in the garden this week, as we continue our Grow in School project about growing your own food! Today, the children planted peas and broad beans, we discovered just how much the garlic and onions have grown since we planted them in November. They’ve also been hard at work weeding, ensuring our plants have plenty of space and nutrients to grow strong and healthy. Meanwhile, we’re eagerly awaiting the moment when our potatoes will be ready to plant, and the students can’t wait to see how they will grow! The garden is a fantastic place for our children to learn about nature, teamwork, and the patience required to grow food. We’re looking forward to seeing what’s next as our garden continues to flourish!
